Registration for the fourth conference Integrative Psychiatry is open from oktober 1st 2009.

Due to the limited number of expected foreign guests, online registration in english is not available.
If you would like to attend the conference please send an email to: webmaster@congresintegralepsychiatrie.nl
In reply you will receive an questionaire which you are requested to complete and return through email. The
conference administration will then add your registration for you.

Admissionfee: € 225,-
Registration before December 31 2009: € 195,- (earlybird-reduction)
At-the-door: € 250,-

Lentis employees and students will be able to purchase a ticket at a reduced rate.
Admissionfees will be collected through automatic withdrawal, only if you are not residing in the Netherlands a bill will be sent to the given address.

Cancelling: until December 31 2009. You will receive full restitution minus € 25,- administrationcosts.
When cancelling on and after January 1^st 2010, restitution is no longer possible.
