Mind Body Medicine workshop 'Unstuck'

Prof. Dr. J.S. Gordon, psychiatrist, founder en director of The Center for Mind-Body Medicine, Washington, DC. |
Prof. Dr. Gordon will give us practical tools to help us move through and beyond the ordinary, daily impasses and challenges that
confront us. In this workshop, we’ll learn and experience a wide range of scientifically based yet playful mind-body techniques
that are designed to help us get and stay Unstuck and move ahead with our lives.
These include several kinds of meditation (no one type is right for everyone), guided imagery, movement and dance, and nutrition, and possibly even experiment with drawing and dialogue. We’ll briefly discuss how to integrate this model and these techniques into our lives and our practices.
